Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods, such as holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Methods: We primarily use Royal Mail, second class service for shipping all our bath and body products within the UK.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over £35. Additionally, we occasionally run campaigns offering free shipping.

Standard Shipping: For orders under £35, a postage fee of £4 will apply.

Prices quoted are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may faced an additional postage cost to the customer. We will contact you if there will be an extra cost on your order.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times range from 3-7 business days. This can vary depending on the time of year, such as Christmas or bank holidays, as well as the specific location within the UK where you reside.

International Shipping: Currently, we do NOT offer international shipping.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package's journey.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process: Should you wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 30 days of your purchase, providing the order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 working days and assist with the necessary instructions to proceed.

Conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please ensure that items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired product when initiating your return. We will ship the new item once the original is received and processed.
